Where is BFY Brands located and do you serve outside Northeast Ohio? BFY Brands is located in The Cuyahoga Valley and we service and distribute to all 50 states and some companies do ship and work with customers and businesses internationally.

Do you offer bulk discounts for businesses or teams? Yes. We provide volume pricing and business packages for teams, events, and organizations. Ask about current promotions such as free shirts for qualifying companies with five or more employees in Northeast Ohio.

Can you design artwork or update my logo? Yes. Our design team can create custom artwork, refine logos, and ensure your visuals print cleanly on apparel, hats, and signage.

How long does a custom apparel order take? Standard screen-printing orders are typically completed in 2–10 business days after artwork approval. Larger or specialty jobs may take longer. Rush options are available.
